Gunwharf Quays, the UK’s only waterfront shopping outlet, has announced a trio of pop-up success stories, with Oliver Bonas, Mulberry, and Citizen all extending their presence following strong performance and guest demand.
Following a successful 12-month pop-up, lifestyle retailer Oliver Bonas has now opened a permanent store – the brand’s only outlet location in the UK – located on The Avenues opposite Michael Kors. The new store is 400 sq ft larger, stocking the full range of Oliver Bonas product categories including homeware, fashion, jewellery, and novelty – with most items available at a minimum 30% discount.
Luxury British heritage brand Mulberry has extended its lease for an additional six months, bringing its total trading period to a full year. Located opposite Kate Spade, the 1,466 sq ft store showcases a curated selection of Mulberry’s most sought-after styles, giving guests the chance to explore products from everyday icons to elegant pieces, at outlet prices.
Global watch brand, Citizen, has also committed to a six-month lease extension following strong trading results, allowing guests to continue shopping its world-renowned timepieces for a full year.

Adding to the momentum, Tommy Hilfiger has announced a brand-new concept which is now open. The nine-month pop-up combines its womenswear and childrenswear collections under one roof, while the brand’s current store at Gunwharf Quays has transitioned into a dedicated, menswear-only space.
