The Crazy Bear in Stadhampton is set to ignite romance this Valentine’s weekend with two unforgettable events: a glamorous Masquerade Ball and an indulgent Valentine’s Day Dinner, promising guests a heady mix of mystery, music and indulgence.
Kicking off the celebrations on Friday 13th February, the Crazy Bear will host its Masquerade Ball, an enchanting pre-Valentine’s soirée filled with flirtatious fun, live entertainment and late-night dancing.
Guests can expect mesmerising live performances and jaw-dropping choreography from Duo Durran, the acclaimed acrobatic duo who wowed audiences on Britain’s Got Talent and earned the coveted golden buzzer on Slovakia’s Got Talent.
Between 7pm and 10pm, guests will enjoy a signature Crazy Bear Thai and English buffet, featuring dishes such as red chicken breast curry, sweet and sour prawns and vegetable pad Thai, alongside slow-roasted beef sirloin and cumin-baked butternut squash.
From 10pm to 1am, the house DJ will take over, keeping guests on their feet until the early hours. A smart dress code applies, with masquerade masks encouraged to add to the sense of mystery.
On Saturday 14th February, the Crazy Bear will welcome guests to its Valentine’s Day Dinner, a refined and romantic evening featuring live music and a beautifully curated three-course English menu.
Diners can choose from starters including chicken and leek ballotine, cured trout, whipped goat’s cheese or seared hand-dived scallops. Main courses include roasted chicken supreme, pan-roasted cod loin, wild mushroom ragu or ribeye steak. Desserts range from a heart-shaped chocolate delice and Madagascar vanilla mousse to classic vanilla crème brûlée, a selection of sorbets or local British cheeses.
Providing the soundtrack to both nights is West End leading lady Elly Jay, whose soothing vocals will set the mood throughout the weekend.
