Taylor Wimpey is holding a New Year event at its Salden Place East development, just south of Milton Keynes, offering prospective buyers the chance to reserve a new home at the start of 2026.
The Your New Home Era event will take place between 10am and 5pm on Saturday 17 January at the Salden Place East site. The Taylor Wimpey Milton Keynes new homes event will allow visitors to view a range of available properties and explore showhomes designed to reflect life at the development.
A local mobile coffee van, Brewed by Böön, will be on site during the day, while Taylor Wimpey sales teams will provide information on the buying process. Buyers will be able to discuss Easymover and Part Exchange options aimed at supporting a smooth and stress free move to one of the Taylor Wimpey Milton Keynes new homes.
Sales Executives will be available throughout the event to explain how these schemes work and to answer questions about reserving a property at Salden Place East. The developer says the day is intended to give buyers a clear understanding of what to expect when purchasing a home at the development.
Fiona Lloyd, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey South Midlands, said: “We’re so excited to host our first event of the year so potential buyers can learn more about Easymover and Part Exchange at our new Salden Place East development. Your New Home Era is a great chance for residents to imagine life at Salden Place East in 2026, while also gaining additional information, exploring the development, and viewing our showhomes.
“For buyers looking to start this year in their New Home Era, we encourage you to visit the Salden Place East development on Saturday 17th January. Ring in the new year with Taylor Wimpey, and envision life at our Milton Keynes development.”
Salden Place East is located close to the village of Newton Longville, an area recorded in the Domesday Book of 1086 as Nevtone. The village later took the name Longville in the 13th century and is now part of the wider Milton Keynes area. The development also sits in the south western corner of Bletchley, an area known for Bletchley Park and the National Museum of Computing.
Launched in September 2025, Salden Place East is described as a growing community with access to local amenities and transport links by road and rail. Taylor Wimpey Milton Keynes new homes at the site currently range in price from £350,000 for a two bedroom mid terrace property to £560,000 for a four bedroom detached home.
