Arcadis, a global design, engineering and consultancy firm, has signed a ten-year lease for office space at Assembly Bristol.
Property consultancies Savills and JLL jointly facilitated the letting of 7,821 sq ft on the sixth floor of Building C, with Arcadis represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
Assembly Bristol, developed by AXA IM Alts, is a flagship mixed-use regeneration scheme in the city. The development comprises three buildings over eight levels, offering Grade A flexible workspaces ranging from 3,147 to 77,000 sq ft. AXA IM Alts manages over €188 billion in assets globally.
The Arcadis deal follows two similar agreements in October, with Ryan, a global tax services and software provider, and Kaluza, an energy industry software specialist, both signing ten-year leases within the development.
Situated on the waterfront, Assembly Bristol combines modern office space with flexible floorplates and abundant natural light, complemented by landscaped surroundings, rooftop views, and adaptable event spaces.
Chris Meredith, director in Office Agency at Savills Bristol, commented: “Bristol’s office market has recently experienced a flurry of activity, placing it at the forefront of the Big 6 regional cities.
“This third deal in two months underscores unparalleled levels of demand and the strength of occupier confidence in the city’s prime office stock, with limited availability making Assembly Bristol one of the most sought-after developments in the region.”
