Formula 1 Schedule For 2027 Announced Including Bahrain Opener And More Sprint Weekends

Formula 1 has confirmed its race schedule for next year with an increase in the number of Sprint weekends.

The 2027 season will begin in Bahrain on the weekend of March 12-14 and will conclude in Abu Dhabi across the weekend of December 10-12. For the fourth year in a row there will be 24 rounds across the season with races returning to Portugal and Turkey. The number of Sprints is up from six to 10.

The British Grand Prix at Silverstone takes place from July 2-4 next year.
