Created by renowned agave spirits expert Deano Moncrieffe, Mirror Margarita has become one of the most celebrated cocktails in the industry.
Inspired by the idea of creating a drink that was instantly recognisable in both name and flavour but completely unexpected in appearance, the crystal-clear serve first shot to fame as the signature cocktail at London’s Hacha Agaveria.
Since launching as a bottled takeaway serve in 2019, Mirror Margarita has received widespread critical acclaim. It has been named the seventh Best Cocktail in the World by Time Out Global and has collected six Gold medals, including honours at The Spirits Business Global Luxury Masters and Pre-Mixed & RTD Masters.
Most recently, it achieved an outstanding score of 95 points at the IWSC Annual Tasting Awards 2024.
Hacha Agaveria, where the cocktail first gained its cult following, was named UK Specialist Bar of the Year in both 2022 and 2023, while also being recognised as the 78th Most Influential Bar in the World at the 2023 Top 500 Bars awards in Paris.
